Julie Verdone

Julie Verdone is an interdisciplinary visual artist, performer, choreographer, and musician. She received a BFA in Art and Design from Alfred University with a dual concentration in Sculpture and Expanded Media, and a minor in Dance. Her growing interest in participatory performance, immersive art, and social engagement led her to pursue advanced training in experimental dance and theater at the Headlong Performance Institute in Philadelphia. She is a co-founder of bridge+burn collective, a community of movement-based artists who gathered monthly to collaborate, generate artistic support, and address personal and social needs through varied practices of embodiment.
